download full track music content for their mobile devices. With one click users

additional information about each artist. The Music Box solution provides fully
synchronized web and WAP interfaces and offers CRM functionality which
presents each individual user with a personalized WAP page based on their previous
browsing and purchasing patterns.
Orange France & Mobistar Belgium
A unified web and WAP mobile
games
store front solution is provided to these carriers. The fully managed
solution
is completely integrated into the WAP and ADSL billing systems of
Orange France and more than 1,500 game titles are available from more
than 45 game publishers. Extended community features are offered,
which allow users to submit requests for future game functionality or
post to
forums to share ideas and opinions with other gamers.
Orange UK
iTouch provides this carrier with
a WAP
solution for music, images, games and video downloads. All aspects of this
service are
fully managed on behalf of Orange including content management,
technology,
quality assurance, handset testing, campaign execution and mini sites.
iTouch also frequently integrates to other third party systems if
required and
performs all reporting and traffic analysis functions.
Vodafone Czech Republic
iTouch is providing a full
master aggregation solution to this carrier in the Czech Republic
delivering video, ringtones, images and games to Vodafone Live customers. The
solution is based on iTouch's unique Mobile Rendering Solution and
leverages a powerful content management system as well as the functionality of
the Music and Game Shop products.
Meteor Ireland
iTouch is the exclusive provider of a fully
outsourced mobile WAP portal solution for Meteor Ireland. iTouch provides
all elements of the solution including service management, content sourcing,
contract management, technology, hardware, development, content management,
service testing, handset testing, editorial and reporting. iTouch also
manages the revenue sharing models between all parties in the value chain.
Telstra Australia
Responding to a requirement to offer a simple,
yet fully featured mobile messaging solution to Australian businesses, since
2001, iTouch has provided a corporate messaging solution to Telstra. Through
their own sales force, Telstra offer the solution to their business clients of
all sizes. In addition to allowing users to send and receive SMS messages from
a web interface, the solution allows businesses to easily setup and administer
their own mobile marketing campaigns. Recent functionality enhancements have
added the ability for users to send and receive MMS messages. In addition to
the web interface, users are able to install an iTouch developed plug-in
for Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes which allows them to send and receive SMS
messages directly from their email client. A downloadable desktop application
also extends the portfolio of interfaces users are able to use to access the
functionality of the solution.
Proximus
iTouch provides the full
track music download service for this leading Belgium carrier. The service
features iTouch's proprietary digital rights management solution and
through the WAP store front, users have access to more than 700,000 music
tracks.
Optus Australia
iTouch has developed a unique prepaid airtime
top-up solution for Australian carrier Optus. Aimed at reducing fraud and
offering a fast and simple way for users to top-up their prepaid airtime, Optus
customer simply dial 444 to add credit to their pre-paid mobile service via
credit card. iTouch provides a dedicated call centre and IVR processing
solution where first time users speak to a human operator to register their
credit card. Repeat customers are diverted to an IVR which performs an
automated top-up transaction by the users’ pre-registered credit card. An
electronic payment gateway is fully integrated into the system for real time
transaction processing and a detailed web based reporting interface extended to
Optus.
Channel 4 UK
iTouch has provided the
interactive voting for Big
Brother UK for the last 7 consecutive years which is broadcast on
Channel 4. iTouch extends is capabilities of processing 2,000 SMS text
message votes and
1,000 IVR calls per second to deliver world class solutions to this
high
profile programme. During each voting
event, iTouch “Interactive Producers” are present at the
broadcasters facility
co-ordinating all aspects of the interactivity.
Antenna 3 Spain
iTouch provides an end-to-end Call TV solution. Production
takes place at iTouch's dedicated Call TV production facility in London and is
broadcast live in Spain via satellite feed. In total, iTouch's Call TV
production facility currently produces 81 hours per week of live Call TV
programming for its clients.
SBS Scandinavia
iTouch provides on an exclusive basis, a complete
suite of interactive services for TVN Norway and for The Voice, a pan Nordic
Music station including chat, games, quizzes and voting solutions.
Additionally, in the Benelux region, iTouch provides 140 hours per week of live
interactive TV and exclusively provides interactive mobile services across 6
stations for some of the highest rated programmes in the region, including Deal
or No Deal, Dancing with Stars on Ice and Domino.
Motorola
iTouch provides Motorola
Australia a unique mobile entertainment solution that allows this
leading handset manufacturer to bundle free mobile content with every
handset purchased. Included in the box of every new phone is a card that entitles the handset owner to download a number of
different mobile content items for free. This solution has proven to be an effective way
for Motorola to encourage new handset owners to explore the enhanced
media functionality of their device.
Nike
iTouch has created a unique mobile internet
portal for Nike France.
The site allows for the entire product portfolio to be viewed on a mobile
device and offers users interactive store location maps as well as the ability
to check the availability of their desired shoe. The solution is fully
integrated into the Nike web site to extend the offering of competitions,
communities and product information to mobile devices. Free Nike branded wallpapers,
ringtones and mobile videos are also available. The solution allows Nike to run
individual mobile campaigns that align with their existing traditional media
promotional campaigns.

meetic.com to develop their mobile dating offering, which is now live in 12
European countries.
FNAC France
iTouch provides a fully
outsourced mobile value added services solution for the French retailer Fnac.
The unified web and WAP interfaces offer Fnac customers ringtones, wallpapers,
games and full track music downloads to their mobile phones. Managing all
aspects of the services, iTouch seamlessly incorporated Fnac’s branding
and provided consulting services for the most efficient marketing campaigns for
the mobile value added services.
PagesJaunes
PagesJaunes is the online directory (Yellow
Pages) of PagesJaunes Group, France's
leading publisher of print and online directories. With 169m users per month,
90% of French homes have access to at least one type of the group’s
directories. iTouch developed PagesJaunes’ mobile WAP site with all its
functions to enable customers a mobile interface comparable to the website.
